Good Morning and Happy Monday!

This week, we are exploring a new text called 'The Stone Trolls', which ties in perfectly with our Science topic on Rocks and also our Extreme Earth Geography topic.

Task Instructions:

1. Please work through the PowerPoint, reading the fascinating background to this story.  
2. Then, follow the youtube link to listen to the story.  I have also provided you with a typed version of the story that you can refer back to easily and use when completing the below task.
3. Look at the vocabulary on the activity sheet provided and think about what the definitions (the meanings) of the words are, as they are used in the story.
4. Of course, feel free to use a dictionary (book or online) and write down your ideas. If you are unable to print, please just record on some paper.
