Today's session is all about identifying a dream or an ambition that is important to you and imagining how you will feel when you achieve it.

Look at the Jane Goodall Fact Sheet and think about Jane's story and understand that your dreams and goals can become true.

Print the flower template, or just draw the same outline.  Plants grow from tiny seeds, so imagine that your dreams and goals are tiny seeds that you can plant now and watch them grow into the future.

Think carefully about your own dreams and draw or write these on the petals of the flower.  In the centre of the flower, you can draw a picture of yourself, when you have achieved one of your dreams.
