Computing

In Computing this term we will be learning about 'Spreadsheets'.

Please work through the following powerpoint.

You will need to login to your purple mash account.

On slide 6, you will need to use 2calculate which in the the Tools area or click on the icon in the top right corner of the powerpoint.

Activity 1 (slide 8) will help you get used to moving around a spreadsheet (rows, columns and cells).

Then activity 2 (slide 9) will ask you to colour a block of cells. Please save your work and name it appropriately using the drop menu from the three horizontal lines on the top left.

Finally, activity 3 (slide 10) which is set as a 2do or use the icon on the top right 'Toy data' to make calculations. Please add your name in row 6 and an estimate of teddies and cars.
