Today's English focus is this week's spelling rule and exploring your new spellings.

Firstly, give yourself a Spelling Test for your spellings from the past week (not the new ones below!) You should have taken these home for homework.  if not, you can access them from last week's Home Learning Icon for Week Commencing 17.1.22 on Thursday's page.

Then onto this week's spellings!

Please ensure that you choose your correct spelling group - The Large Group is Mrs Ryker's Group and the Small Group is the group that goes out with Mrs Hine.

Work through the PowerPoint and then have a look at your new spellings. Please look up the definitions of any words that you are not sure of.  Then you could write some sentences using these new words.
