Week 6 :6th - 10th July

I hope this finds you all well?I am really looking forward to seeing some of you this week. I think the weather is going to be better so hopefully lots of opportunity for getting outside and having fun!

 

Like we have done for the past two weeks where we had a topic: Where the wild things are , we are looking at Mexico as a topic for the last two weeks of the term. You will find a grid full of activities for you to choose from - there is a lot of variety and hopefully something for each child to enjoy.

I'm not going to give out anymore spellings for the last two weeks as we have covered the Year 2 Spelling programme. However, If your child is keen to continue with spellings I would suggest they continue practising the Common exception words from each term,  I posted them  on the home learning page a while back.They could continue to use the Spelling strategy posters which will help them moving forward into Year 3.
