Today I would like you to create a poster all about book genres. It should include:

• as many different fiction genres as you can think of e.g. mystery, adventure, action etc. (look again at the link from yesterday's lesson if you need a reminder about the different genres)
• list some of the key features to go with each genre e.g. a key feature of a fairy tale would be that they always have a happy ending or that they feature princes/princesses
• draw pictures to go with each genre you come up with 
• think about how to make your poster eye-catching (you can add colour etc.)

Remember to bring your posters back into class when you return to school.  I look forward to seeing them.
