Scratch Jr (KS1)

A introduction to the world of programming language enabling children to create their own interactive stories and games.

 

ScratchJr is available as a free app for both iPad and Android tablets.

 

Scratch (KS2)

Scratch has a variety of different ideas for making games, music and stories. Designed to help children learn to think creatively, reason systematically, and work collaboratively all whilst having fun.

Inside my mobile

Find out what is inside a mobile phone by building your own paper one. This paper based resource highlights the key components inside a mobile phone.

 

Children can use it to create their own paper mobile phone with space for components inside.

 

Instructions are also included for its use as a two player game, similar to beetle - throw the dice to get a component and complete your mobile phone.
