Spelling

This week's spelling are using the suffixes -ent / -ence / -ency.

The spelling rule is that they usually follow word stems with a soft c ; soft g or a qu in them; e.g. agency ; recent or frequency.

However, there are a lot of words which don't follow this; e.g. government or parliament.
