Week 4: 22nd-26th June

Dear Parents/Carers,

 

I hope you are all well, and those of you coming back to school in a couple of weeks ,excited about it - I know I am really looking forward to seeing the children.

 

By now you will have all received and read the newsletter dated 19th June and see that for the last 4 weeks of term we are changing the home learning. We've chosen the book: Where the Wild things are by Maurice Sendak and have produced a grid of activities for your child to choose from, to complete over the course of the week, it is up to you as to how many you would like your child to complete. You will find a link to both the grid of activities and the book itself.

We are still including White Rose Maths because it is important to try and keep on with the  Maths curriculum. I have also included a Spelling list for the week. NO PRESSURE to complete everything - you know your child best and I am aware that many parents/carers are trying to work too.

Looking ahead to the last 2 weeks of term, when some of the children will be coming back to school, it might be reassuring for them to complete one of the well being activities that you can find on the Well being page.
