P.E.

In P.E. we will be doing Gymnastics in school. However, this is not possible for you to do at home so (if possible) either:

  1. Go for a 30 minute walk or run.
  2. Go for a cycle ride for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Have a go at the Indoor Circuit doing each activity for 30 seconds, then rest for 30 seconds before doing the next one. Do the circuit at least twice.
