What is the School Sports Premium?

 

The School Sports Premium is a ring-fenced government grant for English primary schools to sustainably improve the quality of physical education (PE), sport and physical activity programs. Schools use this funding to build staff capacity, enhance activities, purchase equipment, and increase pupil participation in sport, ultimately aiming to boost children's health, wellbeing, and academic performance.
